Q: Have all staff received training before working and how?
Our company places a high value on training on the grounds that we are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified, so all staff must go through training from the company before working. Our team have been trained in cleaning service standards and are attentive to cleaning to impress customers. However, if the customer wants to recommend on any particular points or using the customer's equipment, we are very welcome.
Q: How do you manage and control work quality?
Operations team will visit the site and plan for staff in such unit before executing, then develop the plan to suit the work periodically. For Big Clean or Deep Cleaning services, we will send working plans to the customer in advance and ensure it goes according to the contract. There will be a random check by the inspector who takes care of the customer unit in each month.
Q: Are the employees Thai or foreign?
Our staff are both Thai and foreign. As for foreign staff, they can communicate in Thai and are trained through the screening system, background check with correct identity documents.
Q: Can I choose a full-time staff?
Yes, you can. We will put the right man for the right job as well as corporate culture of customer company to ensure consistency and the best results of the service which will allow staff to work continuously in the long term.
Q: In the event that staff take leaves or are absent from work, how does ProMaid manage it?
If our staff are on leave, we will plan in advance and find replacement staff to perform such dutie. For sudden absences, we will provide a special team from the central agency. Replacement staff will be on site within 3 hours.
