Have all staff received training before working and how?

We prioritize on delivering the highest quality service to our customers therefore put high importance on training our staff as soon as they join our team to ensure that they meet the expected service standard as we are certified with 4 ISO standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and BS EN 13549:2001 and well as being attentive to our customer's requirements.
We are also open to any requests and suggestions to best suit our clients needs.

How do you manage and control work quality?

Operations team will visit the site and plan for staff in such unit before executing, then develop the plan to suit the work periodically. For Big Clean or Deep Cleaning services, we will send working plans to the customer in advance and ensure it goes according to the contract. There will be a random check by the inspector who takes care of the customer unit in each month.

Are the employees Thai or foreign?

Our staff are both Thai and foreign. As for foreign staff, they can communicate in Thai and are trained through the screening system, background check with correct identity documents.

Can I choose a full-time staff?

Absolutely yes. We will put the right man on the right job related to company culture to ensure consistency and quality service for our customers consistency and quality service.

What happens when our staff goes on holiday or last minute absence?

We will organize a replacement staff as soon as we receive the leave request.
In case of last minute absence, we will send the replacement staff within 3 hours.

We have our operation team that will control the work process from the beginning until the end of the contract. Also, we have a customer care to monitor the customer unit and ask for customer satisfaction to improve our work or services to maximize customer satisfaction.

We started to apply housekeeping software and applications to increase efficiency in our housekeeping operations in terms of workforce scheduling, service delivery, processing of customer requests and managing the development process since early 2021.

We provide basic cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms professionally.

Home care services does not include any part?

Excluding services such as washing, ironing, cooking, pet related services, big cleaning, lifting - moving items or climbing high levels.

Is a monthly contract required for Homecare Service?

Yes, the costs of our services depend on the size of your home and what you’d like cleaned and we have several cleaning package to your regular cleaning such as:
- 12 times on package for 6 months
- 24 times on package for 12 months
- 48 times on package for 18 months

Promaid service fees?

There are 2 parts of the service fee, which is the cleaning service fee and cleaning products - materials and equipment used for cleaning fee. Customers can choose whether they want only staff or cleaning products - materials and equipment as well. The service fee for cleaning staff, it depends on the number of working days per week, working hours per day / with OT, and replacement staff on holidays.

Is there a service fee for on-site evaluation?

No, we will visit our clients at their locations to provide advice and evaluation of services, cleaning products and equipment to best suits the client's needs.
The pricing will depend on a number of things, including the cleaning company, the number of cleaners, the time required to clean, special requirements, etc.
